"Rented this to attend a graduation when hotels were full. Unit was found to be as the listing indicated. Easy communication with host. While it is listed to accommodate four individuals, it only sleeps two unless you bring a blow up mattress. There is only on bed and the couch does not fold out. I found this out after booking."
