A pleasant hotel with a comfortable room but I found our room had a horrible smell. There is a nice park very nearby

Stayed at Mecure Macon with 3 rooms for 6 people. Paid in advance for breakfast with the booking. There was literally no brekfast available at 9am and waited for over half an hour - no coffee or tea or juice or water or crossaints or bread or anything else. Hotel blamed Covid for lack of staff but no managers on site to help.

Indifferent staff

Apart from a sub standard room. Air con or heating was at the discretion of the manager or hotel. Of course you could open the window. Breakfast compared with another Mercure at Troyes our previous stay was a joke. Just a coffee machine and disinterested staff. Not even cutlery on our table. Do not go there. A shame for the mercure name.

Bien, maiss rapport qualité-prix un peu juste

Pour un hôtel qui s'affiche 4 étoiles (et le prix en conséquence), on pourrait s'attendre à un peu plus de confort: - chambre un peu plus grande - douche avec possibilité de rester sous la douche sans être obligé de tenir le tuyau à la main - ascenseurs plus confortables L'hôtel est agréablement situé (surtout pour nous en tant qu'accompagnateurs du Championnat de France Duathlon qui se déroulait à côté), en bord de Saône. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais un peu cher. Le personnel est très avenant, rien à dire. Dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix laisse un peu à désirer.

Bra storlek på rummet för 3 personer, 1 dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa. Väldigt varmt på rummet, gick inte att justera värmen. Bara varmluft i aircondition, gick inte att ställa om. Gick inte att få mat i hotellresturangen då den var abonnerad för privat fest. Pizzeria och resturang finns på gångavstånd från hotellet.
