"The room and bathroom were immaculate, housekeeping excellent, desk staff friendly and helpful. Did not have occasion to use the bistro,so can't comment on that. The free morning shuttle to catch the Metro at Crows Nest is an excellent service, most helpful. It would be even better if you could book a pickup from Crows Nest in the afternoon. All in all, deserves its 4.5* rating. Would certainly stay here again."

"Excellent accommodation with very large room. Extremely clean and one of the best beds I have slept in at a hotel stay. Like new bathroom facilities, soap shampoo, and conditioner. The only negative, entrance is on a busy road and if you miss it, little time consuming to get back to. Just need to make sure you slow down to get it right."
