"I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and bright the facility was. Far better than I expected for such a reasonable rate. The staff at check in was not just friendly but made you feel like a welcome guest. I have not received as warm of a reception at even a five star hotel. If my work or leisure travels include a trip to the South Sioux City area in the future I will look for no other place to stay than this hotel."

"I have traveled along to multiple states and have went to multiple hotels by myself yet staying at this hotel I felt the most uncomfortable. For checking in had to wait a half hour to even do so as there was no one at the front desk and was there right before check out started (arrived at 2:30). Went into the room and there is blood stains on the currents, no working toilet and the water was pure white. Ended up using the gas station toilet and buying bottled water for my dogs. Didn't bother...

" I enjoyed the quiet cozy house. It is pet friendly and my little dog was much happier in the little house compared to a motel.The property manager was very helpful and communicated promptly.I will stay again if I have the opportunity too."
