"The property has the potential to be a very nice older house. Outside is in disrepair. Pool is terrible, bbq have mold and mildew, inside was ok except for the kitchen where countertops, oven and small appliances were dirty. Trash was left in both the trash and recycle which stunk. There was exposed wires in the ceiling at the dining room light which probably isn’t safe and not to code. I was allowed to check in early which I did by 1/2 hour at 3:30 with checkin being later than any hotel and other vrbo ‘s I have stayed. Appreciated being allowed to."
