Clean and large rooms

We arrived Jordan late evening, but the staff at Mosaic were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Our room was very nice, super clean, & although for our backs the mattress wasn't perfect, we spent a restful night. The hotel is an 5 minute walk to the beautiful mosaics & could be a great place to stay if going to Jerash. This hotel is wonderful! If we get a chance to return to Jordan we will absolutely stay here again. Madaba is a perfect location to stay in Jordan. It's not over congested like Amman but there is so much to do. It's about a 45 minute drive to the dead sea, an hour to Amman, and 15 min from Mount Nebo. Enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel has a small beach which is perfect right now since tourism is very slow in Jordan. I would imagine during busy times the beach is too small. We enjoyed the mud bath and a morning Dead Sea soak. We ended up eating at the Lebanese restaurant which was outstanding! My only complaint is the no outside food or drinks. You are stuck paying their outrageous prices which I didn’t have this problem at any other hotel in Jordan. Otherwise it was a good stay

Lovely stay with extremely accommodating and warm hosts

Property is being remodeled. Our room seems to be completely remodeled but needs bedside lamps,table to put luggage when opening instead of having to get all d way to floor. I used one of d chairs :) Also need bathroom caddy for toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, none provided) The biggest frustration on this accommodation was the lacking of signage-only sign is on front/main door, once you get inside, ur lost! Great place. Very clean I wish if there was washer or dryer. But the how clean and the service was great. And the main thing the swimming pool is covered.
