"Fui en pleno verano y no servía el aire acondicionado. Pedí más de 3 veces en ver la posibilidad que me cambiaran a un cuarto con mejor aire y no sucedió. Lo único que puedo salvar es que me dieron un ventilador. Pero no era algo que estaba tan económico como para que no sirviera el aire."

"Atmospheric quirky hotel. Retains convent feel.
Nice staff; good restaurant at night.
Note it doesn’t do breakfast but good cafe nearby. No reception before noon. Good base for Bilbao - on commuter line to central station , one hour trip with regular trains ."
