Best location if you travelling with Family specially women.Very poor check in. Treat you like you are asking them a favour. Rooms are comfortable cleanliness is average. Lots of options in breakfast.

Perfect location. But old interior in the room..towels dont get changed everyday. Breakfast is Egyptian inspired and everything they put is cold. Service is great. At first they could not find my booking but in the end it all worked out.

The staff at the reception are really nice and very respectful but couldn’t handle the busy check in / check out in such a busy area and busy time. Despite all the troubles I was able to get into my room after couple of changes.

Very old building. No sound proofing. Street noises disturbed our sleep. Room was very cold when we checked in at 16 degree. AC was on which we turned off but the room stayed cold at 18 degree through out. No heating was available. No hand or face towel were provided. Only one bathroom roll was provided for a room with 4 beds and 4 adults in the room. Elevators are small. Not recommended to stay. Only good thing is the location but there are other better hotels are available in the locality.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to gate 338. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms clean and comfortable throughout my stay. However, one significant issue was the elevator situation. As someone who needed to go up and down frequently for prayers, I found it quite frustrating. The elevators are small, and with only two functioning, it often led to long waits, especially during peak hours. This was particularly inconvenient during rush times. Aside from that, the hotel itself was lovely, and I would still recommend it for its location and quality service. Hopefully, the elevator situation can be improved for a more comfortable stay.

This property is very convenient for women and the staff are very friendly and humble, the room service boy can’t remember his name and the staff dark colour man in the restaurant was very kind, they both know about CS. Terrible building conditions, fridge was dirty no actually outdated and should be scrapped as in the condition it was, there is always at least 20 minutes queue for the elevator, people are standing in queue for hours in busy times and sometimes after 20 minutes of wait when you board the elevator lift will take you from 5th floor to 11 floor and by the time your journey from 5th floor to the ground starts it would already 10 minutes and then the lift will stop at every floor going down, size of the life will make you sick , the food served in the breakfast is not at all exciting may be because of the 90s deco make it more poor. I would make sure no one come stay in this hotal .

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at Badr Al Maqam Hotel in Madinah, which was advertised as a five-star property. However, this hotel doesn’t even come close to meeting the standards of a one-star establishment. The overall experience was appalling, and I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. Cleanliness and Hygiene The state of the rooms and bathrooms was shocking. The bathroom was filthy, with visible grime, broken fixtures, and a pervasive bad smell. The condition of the bedroom was no better. The bed linens and pillows were dirty, with strands of hair from previous guests clearly visible. It was disgusting and left me questioning the hotel’s commitment to even basic hygiene. Staff Behavior The front desk staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. They displayed no professionalism or willingness to assist guests. Any inquiries or concerns were either ignored or met with hostility. Their attitude showed a complete disregard for guest comfort or satisfaction, which added to the overall unpleasantness of the stay. Booking and Security Issues To make matters worse, the hotel frequently cancels bookings without any prior notice, causing immense stress and inconvenience. The atmosphere of the hotel felt unsafe and unwelcoming. The dimly lit corridors and lack of proper security measures contributed to a sense of fear and unease.

Room service staff is very rude and bad. No respect for the guests. They don't know how to talk to the guests. Reception people never solved the problem. Never cleaned the rooms. I will never recommend my friends and family for this worst hotel ever.

This is 2 star motel according to the North American standards. However the plus is it's proximity to the Masjid Al Nabwi and specifically the women’s section. Elevators were terrible as they were small and always busy around prayer times. Breakfast was decent but primarily had asian dishes. Room was crammed, furniture and facilities were dated. Shower area didn’t have a glass door so all the water came flowing out to main washroom where there was no means to dry it out except for putting the extra towels down. Also sometimes the washroom had a smell. I would suggest either looking around or paying extra to stay somewhere else. It’s not like this place was cheap, I paid approximately $250/night for 4 nights
