"The property is dated. It needs an upgrade. Did not look like a 4 or 5 star hotel as advertised. The good thing was we got a courtesy upgrade to partial haram view room when requested. When we checked in the shower was not working. Had to call maintenance staff and they came and fixed in the second ..."
