"This hotel claims to be a 3 star establishment. The affordable suites of Lynchburg is only a 2 star hotel and is three times nicer than this place also the wood springs suites is as well if your looking for nicer establishments without breaking the bank. Plus the Air conditioner in my room didn’t work and sounded like a jet engine taking flight and management can’t tell me they didn’t know it wasn’t working considering that massive record breaking heatwave just came through. "I got super sick while here and asked for some help to load my car and was ignored and when I tried to explain issues like the ac wasn’t working well. The pool was nice minus the wad Of hair just floating in it. Breakfast was powdered eggs but coffee was really good, the view is amazing."

"The bed was so comfortable! Very, very, very, very clean. Can’t complain at all about our stays. Definitely will be back! Some potential improvements are Keurig/K cup coffee maker in the room instead of the pour over and freezer in the mini fridge would’ve been nice as well."

"We visited this weekend for our eldest to check out LU. It was perfect! Great location, clean, affordable, nice breakfast and quiet for sleep. The staff were so friendly and if she decides to attend Liberty, it would be silly for us to stay anywhere else."
