The property was dirty, it was like it was in the middle of a remodel with paint dripped on the floor in the elevator and in the hallway. Holes in the carpet. Sidewalk was crumbling and missing pieces! The pool and hot tub are TINY!!. the floor in our room was really sticky. The coffee pots and juice machine were leaking. BUT.... the staff were really nice and helpful the breakfast was good and the beds were really comfortable!!

The hot tub wasnt hot at all. The rooms were good and I enjoyed the beds and how comfy they were but the hot tub was very disappointing to not be hot. I did tell the front desk. They all were very nice but definitely need the hot tub to get worked on.

The room was decent, clean, but walls are thin. Unfortunately, we were next to loud neighbors smoking weed, blasting music, and had a 3 year old that wouldn’t stop screaming, so the smell and noise was rather annoying. The shower was really nice, housekeeping half did their job- left no hand soap and only had one bath towel though. Staff was very friendly. Not terrible, but would stay somewhere else in the future.

The rooms were clean and the staff were courteous. I had to move rooms because the latch on my door was broken; however, in the new room there were several things missing. The cleaning staff hadn't left hand soap for the bathroom sink and the coffee packets for the coffee maker were missing.

The hotel room was shabby. The carpet was worn though in multiple spots. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The hot tub wasn't hot. The breakfast options were limited and they ran out of coffee. There were handprints on the wall above both beds. They staff was pleasant, but any time we stopped at the front desk, there was a sign saying they were helping another guest. They were really outside smoking and vaping. The beds were big and comfortable.
