Staff were helpful. Didnt like that i wasnt able to pay the $30 incidental fee with cash especially when they had no problem with me paying cash for my room ($212). But was able to figure it out so no worries.

This hotel was very clean, quiet, and had wonderful staff! The only thing we didn’t like were the beds…they were uncomfortable and hard but we were only there one night so it wasn’t too bad. We would stay here again if we ever go back to Madison :)
