"Overall when we first arrived things appeared to be clean, spacious & well kept. After settling in we noticed a few minor things like the master bedroom door looked to have been kicked in & did not close with a latching close as for privacy. There was hardly enough wash cloths for my family of 4 to bathe. There was a dirty glass left under one of the sofas & on our third night there I encountered several small to medium roaches. "Room was 6 out of 10. Peep hole in door was missing so anyone could look inside our room. There was a property ownership change from the time I booked reservation to my check-in. They didn't have my reservation. Property internet was down so there was a delay in checking in but clerk went above and beyond to accommodate us. Double booked our room with another guest and they tried to enter our room. Front desk clerk apologize for her error which was due to the system being down."

"The house was big and spacious and it was perfect for our group of 7. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was great. The rooms, and the neighborhood in general was very quiet which we loved."
