"I got the handicap cabin which I’m glad about. The shower is bigger compared to the others. Be prepared to use the kitchen sink as also the bathroom sink. They had these s’more kits and enemy were yummy. They provided wood and a bundle was ceder wood & it smelled good. I asked for an extra blanket and they provided one. "Expansive property situated adjacent to a residential area with a very pleasant view of well-maintained grounds and the neighborhood. Great for our morning run. Elegant common areas. The breakfast was particularly well done. Clean and well staffed. Quiet room, despite a large group of highschoolers there for a School event. Hidden jam, worth checking out."

"A nice place to spend a night while on travel. It appears as if they are in the process of facility updates and making good progress. Room was okay clean but several un-vacuumed areas with accumulated dust (under chairs, behind curtains, under beds). Breakfast was above average for “breakfast included” type places."

"This is my third stay at this property. It has always had clean rooms, beautiful landscaping and is very quiet. They do provide cleaning during your stay without request. The staff is not super friendly or helpful and there are very minimal amenities - coffee is not available until 6 am which is not great for horse show visitors. Overall, it is a decent place to stay for the night and good value."

"The Holiday Inn in Ruckersville is farther outside of Charlottesville than I would normally stay when visiting that city, but was necessary due to a concert causing all the rooms closer in to be booked. It was convenient to the main route into the city on 29, provided a very clean room and acceptable breakfast. The pool was outdoor and so not yet open at the time I visited."

"Although the property advertised as no smoking in rhe rooms, there were others staying there that were outside our room on the walk way smoking, which we could smell in the room because the air unit was blowing it in our room! The pillow cases weren't clean and the floors were not clean."
