Room was clean and temperature was easy to control. The breakfast was fresh and easy to use. Their was good social areas to talk with people in the lobby. Plus, good restaurants nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was hot and delicious every morning, the room was spotless. The hot tub was great and very relaxing once the 10 year olds went to bed :0)

Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison
Excellent location to the University Hospital. They offer a complimentary shuttle within 2 miles from the hotel which I took me to the hospital and back. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel if you need to be in the area.
