"We traveled from Florida all day prior to check in. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly in any way. In fact, there was very little conversation at all. I was so disappointed because our experience in April with check in was the complete opposite. The pool still looked dirty and the hot tub was still taped off so no work had been done there to resolve it since our stay the week before on our way to Florida. I would still recommend this hotel based on location, parking, cleanliness and the breakfast, so we'll see how things are when we stay again in September."

"Wonderful stay in a great part of town. Local restaurants, grocery stores & thrift shopping close by. Toyota field is right near the location. Ms. Pam, the host was generous & gracious to allow me to come a bit earlier to enjoy the wonderful pool. Hence, Communication was outstanding. The apt was neat & very clean. The bed, oh it slept like a dream. All the amenities for what I needed. Was even able to cook a bit of brunch a few days as well. The weather did not cooperate except for 2 of my days yet, I made use of the time to relax and read. Will plan to stay again on my next trip to Madison. Thank you, again, Ms. Pam."

"Overall is clean, rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming! The location of the property is ideal and offers easy access to the interstate highway with numerous restaurants and stores nearby! The pool area also has a nice deck and the breakfast has a great variety in the morning! All of the in room, amenities and kitchenette resources are new with a spacious refrigerator and decent cabinetry space as well."

"Checkin was simple; just look for the orange patio chairs.The host was easy to get a hold of by responding quickly to messages. The mattresses were very firm (which we liked but others may not; your mileage may vary). While the apartment itself was clean, it was missing hand soap, body wash, and shampoo in the bathrooms (which hosts at other properties have supplied). A way to better improve as well would be to add a binder with general information about the property (e.g. rules, WiFi information, checkout procedures), as well as local information like restaurants that are close by, places of interest, etc. Overall our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again the next we are in the area. "
