"We were put in a handicap room, my husband and myself we are not handicapped.There were no amenities. I don’t know what else to say. It just was not pleasant. The room was empty. The manager seemed to be helpful, but she wasn’t. She blamed me and she thought it was about the money.😔 dirty sheets, couldn’t take a shower. The tub would fill up fast. We had to get on the housekeeping cart for cups still no bottle water to make coffee, but we will charge for coffee when my husband asked where was...

"Every one of the staff we encountered was personable and very helpful. The rooms were neat and well stocked. Parking was convenient and accessible. The location was in the center of business and close to the major thoroughfares. This is an excellent choice for travelers."

"We arrived and there was no receptionist. So I grabbed the lobby phone and called and she finally came out. I said oh that was me calling because no one was here. And instead of a friendly greeting or an “I’m sorry” I basically got a “yeah?” We proceeded to the elevators and one opened half way and was beeping constantly. "The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly, polite, and professional."

"The bed was very comfortable, but the a/c unit was so loud my wife had trouble sleeping. We had to go to the office to ask for tissue paper. There was no place to hang up clothes or set your suitcase. The “non-smoking room” smelled of stale smoke. Outside the room reeked of marijuana in the morning."
