"We loved the yurt! My kids really enjoyed the animals on the farm and playing with them. The interior was cute and simple, but worked for what we needed for a night."

It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. Very comfortable and close to a few area attractions. For the price it was very worth it. The staff was courteous the hotel was clean the breakfast was actually pretty good. If I ever go to Sweetwater Tennessee I will stay there again.

This place was perfect stay. I was very concerned about the price being so affordable when everything around was at least $40 more. Much to my surprise, it was nice, clean, and staff were very accommodating.
.
They bent over backward to help us. My wife accidentally left her phone charger in the room. We called from our next destination in Cherokee, NC and asked about it in the evening. They said they'd call the next morning when housekeeping was in and let us know. True to their...

The Holiday Inn Express was excellent! The one complaint we had, usually had to walk through cigarette smoke to get inside! Several staff smoked right outside the entrance door! Posted signs say it’s a smoke free property

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and we really had a great experience. The staff was friendly when we checked in and our room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were big and fluffy for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent and had a little of everything to eat. The ladies in the breakfast area was friendly and was ready to help. The cleaning crew was also very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a great stay.

My stay here was amazing. I arrived from Michigan very early in the morning. My reservation was messed up it was ice storm in route to the area. Me and my family was so upset. The front desk ladies really understood and was helpful. Because we made the reservation through 3rd party. But they did not turn us away they made it work. The was a great experience and the customer service was awesome. I wish more companies would hire people people like this and not people that dont understand life...

From the moment my fiance and I arrived at the Tapoco Lodge on Monday, August 24th, until we left on Saturday, August 29th, the entire experience was incredible! First of all, the entire staff is absolutely AWESOME! They took customer service to a level neither one of us had ever seen before. We had planned to leave on Friday, August 28th, but we were having so much fun we decided to stay an extra night. We stayed the first 3 nights in the Sunflower Room.
