"Value for money in a beautiful art deco building. Close to train and bus, both about 20 minutes from Bologna Central. High ceilings, individual balconies overlooking lush gardens with fountain and waterfall. Central dining/breakfast area nicely appointed, but only the one area, plus and outside casual dining area not available when we visited in May 25. Breakfast is included. Rooms are small but clean. Village shops and restaurants are still gearing up for summer with many renovations going on, and the train line undergoing some sort of major construction. Easy to envisage it thriving in a few months time. "

"The villa enjoys a tranquil countryside setting while still offering convenient access to Bologna’s main attractions. Guests often take advantage of the nearby hiking trails, visit the Marconi Museum, or make the scenic trip to the Basilica of San Luca. That said, some visitors have found the property a bit tricky to locate at first, citing its remote position and the presence of several entrance gates as potential challenges during arrival."
