"Die Anlage ist wirklich schön. Die Wohnung stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage und vor allem der riesige Pool sind toll. In nahen Umgebung gibt es viele Weingüter. Direkt am Gatdasee (15min mit dem Auto) ist es absolut traumhaft. Nur haben uns die Nächte den Urlaub etwas vermiest. Gegenüber kräht der Hahn ab Sonnenaufgang (5:30 Uhr). Kurz danach ist die Straße direkt neben dem Haus gut befahren und sehr laut. Daher konnten wir keine Nacht ausschlafen."

"It’s a beautiful small studio apartment in Lugano, which is a “suburb” of Sirmione. The studio is part of a small complex with shared outside and swimming pool facilities. The neighbours are very friendly. The check-in is easy. Umberto sends you a video and it’s very clear. He is very good at answering all of the questions very quickly. "Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Jederzeit erreichbar. Alles lief reibungslos bei der Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise und Abreise. Ausstattung der Wohnung war top, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Viel Platz Cons: Unterkunft war außerhalb der Ortschaft, man musste immer das Auto nehmen. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist da aber genau richtig. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe. Ich vermute, im Sommer ist es in der Ferienwohnung sehr warm, da durch das Terrassendach die Luft steht."
