Property cancelled our reservation without call or email. No rooms available ANYWHERE within an hour radius due to festival. Manager said her boss lives out of country and was not available. Incredibly rude and lacked any empathy. Unprofessional. If I could leave -10 stars I would. Awful. DO NOT STAY OR BOOK HERE!!!

The room smelled really bad and so did the sheets. There was a hole in the wall and the shower. And the bathroom really smelled like urine.

I am a wildland firefighter and this hotel will not return my money. We booked the wrong hotel they told us to rebook and we would get reimbursed. Well they won't even try and help even though we are fighting the fires around them I think they are very greedy and/or they just don't care about helping the community out. I would like to know what they do to help out the community around them as they do not support nor help out first responders. Please enlighten me if I am wrong I will take this message back

The blinds were dirty, bent and open. The floors were very dirty. The room with the separate bed didn’t have a remote to the tv nor did any channels work. The lamp in the room had no way to shut off but to unplug. Holes in the wall.

This place is in dire need of a remodel. Our bathtub was literally covered with rust. There were chunks of wood missing from the dresser. We were given two bath towels, no hand towels, no washcloths, and the bath towels that we were given were so stained. It was just disgusting.

I called to let them know I would be checking in late. The woman’s English was very poor. When I arrived at the hotel at 11 pm, I was told they had given my room away. There is a music festival in the area and there are NO rooms anywhere. I am a 59 yr old traveling alone who will now have to sleep in my car. Awful service!

I booked a room here for 3 nights for a festival. When I showed up at 7:30pm, they had canceled my reservation. I had to last minute find a campground for 3 nights and get camping gear. They then proceeded to charge me for the room that they gave to someone else and now refuse to refund me. They stated that you have to check in by 5pm. That leaves a 2 hour window to check in. Total scam. I'm sure they canceled so they could get more money for the room. Expedia refuses to refund me also.

The property canceled my reservation cause i didnt pay even though i showed up at 724 pm the day of my check in day to pay and check in the manager was rude had no where to go all hotels were full with in a 100 miles no one at expidia or oyo corporation office cared or help so i was 3 hrs from home sleeping in my car all weekend then on top of it i was still charged and out 500 dollars

it was a last minute hotel to book because all the hotels in Bend and Sisters were booked solid. we attended the quilt show on Saturday and saw Trevor Noah that night which both were amazing.

Very quiet area. Felt safe. My husband wiped the floor ,paper was black. Towel racks gone toilet paper holder broken.Beds sheets are fine. Person that checked us in was very nice.
