Would stay again.

Room very comfortable. Pool & hot tub have a tacky wood fence surrounding them. Hot tub jets are weird but the water was a great temperature.

It works for us.

We've stayed here 5-6 times, just for 1 night each as we are passing through. Price, comfort, breakfast, cleanliness...all have been very acceptable. We're an older couple so have never used the pool and cannot speak to that. It's nothing special, just a decent place to stay while in Madras.

Nice motel in downtown Madras

We were visiting Madras for the Cascades Airshow, and our experience began with a very pleasant desk person. Our room was conveniently located just a few steps from the office and the breakfast area, with no stairs to navigate with our luggage. The room was pleasant, not fancy, but nice, with a very comfortable king bed. Although we were in a high-traffic area, we weren't bothered by excess noise. The breakfast included hot items such as biscuits and gravy, ham, scrambled eggs, and Belgian waffles, with a nice assortment of other offerings and a very helpful attendant. Overall, an excellent experience.

Great Hotel for an Eastern Oregon getaway.

Nice place to stay for a getaway. The beds are new and comfortable, the free breakfast was really nice and well thought out. Something for everyone. The pool was still warming up but felt good on a 100 degree day. The staff went out of way to make sure your stay was nice.

Came to town from Brookings for a doctor appointment and stayed at Quality Inn. Was a very nice and clean room.Bed was very comfortable.Will stay here next time i am in madras.

Worse than you expect a Best Western to be

We came around 10 pm and the first thing we faced - there is no place to park the car! There are enought parking spots, but across from our room there are two trucks with boats parked sideways, each taking 5 parking spots (10 total). And that is despite the fact that the hotel has its own truck parking in the back. We had to circle the lot for quite some time waiting for somebody to leave. The management was unable to solve the problem - they couldn't find who's boats those were and they were unwilling to call the towing company. You need a parking - you're on your own. Second issue - the window was stuck and wouldn't open - we couldn't breathe all night. The third one - matrasses in the beds were quite old and squeeky, hard to get a good sleep on. About 7 years ago I stayed in a Best Western in NJ and there the experience was very nice. That made me think the whole chain should be more or less like this. Wrong.

Worth the drive to not have to stay in Bend

We really liked this hotel! Room and staff were great and the kids loved the pool. Much quieter town then Bend. We were happy to drive a little out of our way to not have to deal with the crowds.

Perfect for the situation

We needed a location for our family of four (kids 7 and 9) to stop in the late evening during a road trip. The room was modest, but clean with the basic amenities we wanted: 2 queen beds, wifi, micro-fridge, complimentary breakfast, etc. Located right off US-97 in Madras which is the core highway running north->south through central Oregon.

Great for the family!

I was very pleased with this hotel and my room. Comfy beds and room for all four of us so it did not feel cramped at all. The complex is small so no matter what room you are in you are very close to the front desk and pool. The complimentary breakfast was great! We will be back next time we are in town.

Great except for the A/C noise

Nice hotel, nice people, but impossible to sleep in our Room #223 wit the A/C units in both adjacent rooms running full blast all night, into the balcony outside. Our room door was 3 feet directly opposite a utility room door on the balcony outside so the sound of the A/C units was reverberating like a train running through that enclosed area on the corridor. Obviously, the A/C units must have been loud within the adjacent rooms also. I can't sleep easily like that, I guess that some people don't mind the noise Everything else was fine with the hotel. Nice breakfast, spotless, comfortable room and a very convenient location for travelers.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel was extremely busy with customers. Continental breakfast was kept filled so never had to worry about food being there. The staff was super friendly.
