"The lodge was superb, very helpful and friendly staff all round. They were very flexible with meals for our children (5 & 8 years). All staff I spoke to were really knowledgeable about the local plants and animals but special shout out to Yuri who led our multiple excursions. Only small suggestion for improvement would be to have a small selection of snacks available to purchase, chips, nuts, chocolate etc for between meals but otherwise the meals themselves were delicious. My complaint is with Expedia who severely messed up with their bait and switch advertising tactics, stating that this was an all inclusive listing and then later denying it and forcing us to pay the difference with the lodge. Expedias customer service experience was very poor and it is evident from their behaviour they couldn't care less about their customers. MY ADVICE, BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE LODGE AND DONT LET EXPEDIA STEAL A COMISSION FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING."

"We had an allergy problem. My son is allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. We made the staff and gm aware if it right away. They have all good labeled but had a chicken dish that said chicken and fruit. Come to find out it had Brazil nuts in it. As my son was taking his first bite of chicken ( it was in his mouth). The staff ran out with a fresh piece of chicken and told him it had Brazil nuts in it. When we questioned the GM she said that Brazil nuts are not tree nuts which they are in fact. The resort has an activity where you crack open the Brazil nuts from the on property Brazil nut trees. We immediately gave our son Benadryl so he was okay thankfully but we did bit appreciate the gms lane lie. Please be aware and very clear if any allergies. We thought we had been. It was very scary and upsetting for us all."

"It is a family run business ,they helped us in everything we asked for with a smile on there face .Their home cooked meals were delicious, beautiful property they showed us around . They even let my 2 boys fish their pond and provided bait . It was a great experience ,and for the money you can't beat it."

"It's a great place to stay before or especially after a few day trip to Amazon. The room we had (a private) was great, with comfy beds and nice warm shower. The facilities are simply great. There's a great patio, lots of nice places to chill out and the pool is simply great addition. The staff was also very helpful and friendly."
