The shared garden is awesome for kids and with a 15 minute walk you can get to the beach. The staff was super nice. The beds were "on the harder side". We spend around 8 days there. "Booked a sea-view room.. got “upgraded” to a family room with no sea-view. So clearly it was overbooked.. we got moved to the apartments which were really nice, some noticeable wear-and-tear but really nice and private. Spa and breakfast were awesome.. all of the staff were incredibly nice. Reception was awesome, even with the mix-up while we were checking in, they were very helpful and quick to find a solution. Massive kudos to all of the staff at this hotel, ya’ll rock!!"
