"LaNave delivered in all the important items you look for a hostel, plus more. Our stay was so comfortable because of clean rooms, yummy breakfast, great location ( only 7 mins walk to nearest metro station and to tourist sites in Madrid), great rate, and excellent service by Chris and his staff who made our stay memorable. We stayed for 3 nights and felt safe walking even after midnight in this part of Madrid. Also, there are a number of restaurants to choose from that is within 3-5 mins walk....

"We did not meet any staff in person but everything was already organised. The place was few minutes walk from the bus station and there's no hassle checking in. "

"This is not a Hotel, this is a room in an old building, in an area that has disco in both sides of the street, super noisy and in a shady part of the city.The street is extremely dirty and there was needles and garbage everywhere, in fact right in front the entrance. I did not stay there because I did not feel secure in that place, so did not have even do the check-in. "

"Location was perfectly situated in Madrid. Walking distance to the palace, Plaza Mayor, etc. Plenty of tourist restaurant nearby. Christian was great to work with, gave us a quick tour of the place and showed us how to work the washer/dryer and other stuff. The suite was clean. Christian was great in giving us recommendation on where to eat and what to avoid. Overall, I will recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Madrid."
