"The place was very clean and neat. The location was terrible and NOT accurate according to the description. It was at least an 10-30 minute drive , depending on traffic, to any museum, park, or shopping area. The nearest public transport station was .8 miles away. That added a lot of extra cost to our stay that we did not expect. The street it was located was not the safest area either. We also checked in later and not told about an additional fee. "

"We arrived at the property and someone else was there. A double booking. We had to walk through a dark neighborhood at 11 pm, in a town we don't know to find a hotel at my expense. We tried to contact the property owner but with no help or response.. This has been a nightmare with little support from anyone.. all I want is my money back and compensation for the hotel cost. I have never had such a bad experience ever. I DEMAND anyone.support from anyone."
