"Everyone was helpful and nice. The room was super clean but they had had the carpets cleaned and floor wasnt totally dry so it had a bit of a musty smell. They were full so couldn't trade rooms but did offer febreeze and ckd in late.We were tired and by morning it was basically dry. They did pay for our breakfast for a day. The beds were comfortable as well. In previous comments I saw that they said it was loud. We were on the 2nd floor and it was quiet even being so busy. The doors are heavy so you hear someone closing the door but that is normal, to me. A super sweet housekeeper helped clean the elevator when my son threw up. I wanted to clean it but she wouldn't let. It was such a mess. I felt so horrible. She was super sweet. I think she was about to leave too. Thank you for your amazing kindness to my son and I."

"Staff was super pleasant and helpful. We heard great live music and have an amazing dinner at the restaurant. Wish there was a pool, but I did do some yoga and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space."

"Breakfast and location were perfect. Bathroom is a little outdated. We stayed in a suite that was plenty big. Staff were helpful and kind. It was a sold out night- the one elevator got a beating that morning."

"Everything was wonderful! The hotel was spotless and the staff was so wonderful and helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the elevator did not work for the days that we were at the hotel, which made it difficult to transport our luggage and have to go up and down the stairs every day. Other than that, I cannot wait to stay at the hotel once again."
