Lovely hotel, friendly staff at reception, clean large room. Had a room on the 5th floor overlooking the street. Beds are large, we shared a room between 3 - 1 king size bed and 1 single pull out bed. The kitchenette was a nice addition and great if you want to make something in/ warm food. Windows are triple glazed so noise from the street is reduced. The hotel has a small pool and roof bar- unfortunately these were closed due to the time of year. The location is great too, about 5 mins to Gran Via, 5 mins to Purto de Sol, and 10-15 min to El Retiro park. Would stay again.

Really it was a great stay there. All front desk agents were very nice and professional. The room was really clean and organized. As a current guest service agent in NYC hotel, I recommend everyone to stay here. It’s really worth it what you paid for.

Very nice apartment-hotel

Nice hotel with kitchenette and all the supplies. Well located near the center and walkable distance to many attractions. The reception is not open during night and the pool was not open in end-April. The staff was very friendly, spoke English very well and replied emails in minutes. The place is very clean. Price a bit expensive given it was not the high season.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Really well equipped and spacious. The only downside was the nightclub across from my apartment which went till 6am on Friday night. Heaps of people and really noisy on Thursday and Friday nights. Suggest they invest in sound proofing. Other than that, ace was great.

Great Value in Madrid

This is a newer hotel and the suite was very contemporary and well appointed. Having a kitchen and a small separate sitting area was very nice. The bed was very comfortably and, though some street noise could be heard, it was a pretty quiet room. The location was great - about an equal distance between the Prado and Puerto del Sol. Lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby.

This is a great property. Staff was wonderful & assisted with our luggage that was lost by airline. Only negative was there was a club nearby that was loud from after midnight until 6:00AM. I was totally impressed with the staff, desk personnel and after hours security that assisted with our luggage issue.
