We booked this place for our last night in Madrid before an 11am flight. We just wanted a place close to the airport and this fit the bill, but it's definitely a no-frills place tucked into the warehouses and parking lots around the airport. Don't have high expectations.

Short Break

Great hotel for my requirements, room (513) was large, clean, did suffer from road noise, but wasnt bothered. Staff extremely helpful couldnt wish for better. Good for sairpot stays or short term but wouldnt recommend for longer, bit in the sticks and not much around, well served by ALSA buses though. Certainly will stop again if price right. Only other issue is no hot drink making facilities.

The tenants on the side of us were very loud. late at night and into the night. We did not know the number of the front desk.0 did not work, so I banged on the wall often,to send them a message to be quiet. "It failed. There are cats running around on the property and inside the office area and lying on the couch with in the welcome area.

I didn't like the Motel vibe. Nothing like the pictures I saw before making my reservation. To start with when walking in to the reception counter there were like 7 cats walking around! 😱 Not a good 1st impression. Then, they do not have a/c and the windows are totally sealed so it feels more like a sauna. Then, when I asked for a wine bottle opener, they didn't have one even though they have a "restaurant/breakfast" area. The Manager asked me to walk to the restaurant next door for them to open it for me. Are you kidding me?? 😡 And for the cherry on top, we were able to hear every single one of the neighbors next rooms conversations. Horrible! Not coming back obviously.

Buyer, beware! Do not stay here. This is advertised as a 3 star hotel. It is more a substandard 1/2 star motel. An overflow parking facility, the "hotel" seems to be an afterthought. It is in the middle of nowhere, located by the freeway - you cannot walk anywhere, so you are stuck in your sub-par room. No restaurant; no lobby, you access your room from the sidewalk. They hand you take-out menus upon arrival! The nearest restaurant is accessed by going past the rusty fence, going by the freeway and crossing a rock-strewn walkway. Lighting in the room was so bad that I can't honestly say whether it was clean or not. Room had no temperature control - room was hellishly hot and the window didn't open. Charged 330 Euros - as if it is a Hilton or luxury Marriott or Radison. Had I known how bad it was I would have opted to spend the night in the Madrid airport rather than staying there. I have reported it to Expedia and I pray they will warn fellow travelers away.

The staff at this hotel was excellent! We did not speak enough Spanish to order delivery food or a taxi to the airport. The staff were extremely kind in helping us with both of these things and just made for an overall extremely pleasant and quick stay.

Me cobraron 10 euros por el traslado del hotel al aeropuerto, aunque en la página dice que es gratuito, me comentaron que porque realicé la reservación por Expedia y no directamente con ellos, entonces tenía que pagar. Así mismo ustedes como Expedia, me enviaron una mail con el link del hotel y allí viene referido el traslado de hotel a aeropuerto. Muy mala experiencia.

El personal es muy amable, pero el hotel es demasiado incómodo y las paredes son tan delgadas que se escucha las conversaciones y ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas y las afueras, NO DESCANSAMOS NADA. Habíamos reservado con Expedia y lo primero que nos dijeron es que si reservábamos por un sitio diferente a su web el transporte al aeropuerto había que pagarlo. Al final contratamos Uber y menos mal porque cuando llegamos a hacer el check in aquello era un descontrol. Muchísima gente con reservar para el parking, hotel, transporte al aeropuerto… y allí nadie se ponía de acuerdo. No había organización. Nos asignaron una habitación para minusválidos en la que la ducha estaba a ras de suelo rodeada de una cortina llena de manchas. Los muebles y la cama viejos y sucios. Nos dio tanto asco que nos tuvimos que duchar con chanclas. Las habitaciones estaban divididas en edificios y la mayoría tenían escaleras con la consecuente dificultad para acceder con maletas pesadas. Las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas y estuvo llegando gente a todas horas con lo cual fue prácticamente imposible dormir. Nada recomendable.
