Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Walls are VERY thin, so you can hear everything. I was on ground floor, so a LOT of noise from the streets outside.

I was a little hesitant at first because of the reviews that have been posted. But for the price you could not beat the location, as well as for the price you could not be having your own private room in the city center. The shared bathroom wasn’t an issue either because there were multiple bathrooms throughout the Building. I would most definitely stay here anytime I came to Madrid. If quiet sleeping is a must for you I would say that might be your only issue, but I can sleep through almost anything.

Do not go there

Very noisy hotel, impossible to sleep properly. Rooms by the streets and very thin walls. Very expensive for the proposed services and quality.

Absolutely terrible. The bed is uncomfy, walls so think that noise is intolerable all night long - you hear every move a person makes, the check in is very tricky - I had to help two young girls who were utterly stuck, when you complain about Unacceptable noise they just tell you to call the police!

The double bedroom is the most horrible room I've ever stayed in. It was a shop in the past with wall as a windows facing to the street. It was like the pedestrians were inside the room. The heater didn't work andit was quite dangerous to leave in during the night. The roon was the size of the bad, impossible to walk and have the luggage there. I highly not recommend you get near to tis place.

Spent 45 min doing the auto-check-in. Be prepared to have alot of batteries for your smart phone and have eaten a good meal beforehand. Have a heavy luagage and on the second floor? then make sure you are strong. This is not for old people, or people who seek some comfort.

La habitación muy oscura, era interior y no tenía acceso a la luz del sol. La cama ocupaba más del 60% de la habitación. No dispone ni de microondas para calentar la comida, ni de una pequeña nevera, ni de un televisor. Para ir al baño había que llevar el teléfono porque, si no, no podías acceder de nuevo a la habitación. Lo mejor de todo es que siempre estaba funcionando el aire acondicionado y, por tanto, el clima era muy agradable (nada que ver con las altas temperaturas del exterior). También el colchón era firme y se podía dormir bastante bien.

Había probado otro de estos hoteles en otra ubicación y me fue genial, este fue terrible, incómoda la entrada, el cuarto al lado de la puerta de entrada y todo el Mundo molesto entrando de lo difícil que es y quejándose, no pude dormir nada. La ventana prácticamente en la calle. La ducha no se podía mover y disparaba el agua fuera de la ducha. Realmente terrible la experiencia.

Muy bien ubicado y limpio sobre todo que todo era automático. Lo que no me gustó fue la ubicación de mi habitación justo al lado de la puerta de la entrada principal. La gente confunde la puerda de la habitación con la entrada a las instalaciones del hotel y empujan la puerta para entrar. Deben tratar de solventar eso. Ademas oir la gente hablando, constantemente saliendo y entrando puede ser muy molesto.
