The hotel did not disclose that there was an additional security deposit payable on arrival. Very overpriced for what you get - old building, broken AC, rowdy neighborhood

Está bien pero No es lo que uno ve en internet, el sofá cama está en un regular estado, y no hay especificaciones de las cosas, es decir un manual de los aparatos eléctricos, algunos no los pudimos utilizar , por lo demás bien

No customer service

Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for 2 days later and there were little reasonable options so we quickly made reservations. There was a digital check-in and they did not send the code and we had to wait for someone to come out to enter building to get to the apartment. Furthermore, our airline rebooked for the next day, and the business would not refund our second night stay for any reason. While the place was clean and in a good location the customer service was not existent.

Being 69, I found it odd to do everything electronically. AC was not working, cleaning staff did not know how to fix it, and our last email was not answered. Perfect location, comfortable, clean and unique. A 250 euro damage deposit was requested the day before checkin, a 36 euro cleaning fee had to be paid in advance and hopefully will be returned within 48 hours as mentioned in the “rules”

Issue with My Reservation

I had issues with my reservation. For some reason, it was confirmed for the wrong date, and a no-show occurred on my part. I reached out to the property to try to find an amicable solution. However, the property didn’t seem to care much about the situation and said there was nothing they could do. I expected a different attitude from the property, something that could help resolve the issue, considering that the no-show happened on the first day of the reservation. I expected a different approach from the property.

goede locatie

het appartement wat we voor 3 personen hadden geboekt was gewoon te klein. Het was beter geweest voor 2 personen.Ook was het inchecken niet heel duidelijk of hoe we moesten uitchecken. Het grootste nadeel was dat er een verbouwing bezig was waar we veel last van hadden. De hele dag geboor en alles zat onder de witte bouwstof.
