歴史あり、古いヨーロッパらしきホテルでした。

思った以上古いホテルでした。立地はとっても良く、マドリードで一日しか滞在しない予定ですので、徒歩圏内にみるものがたくさんあり、ここに泊まって電車乗る必要がまったくなかったです。

buena ubicacion

excelente ubicación a metros de la puerta del sol. El estado general del hotel es regular, pero esta todo limpio y la habitación es amplia y cómoda. No tiene aire acondicionado. El personal muy amable. Si bien no pague el desayunos (6 euros) se lo veía muy completo. Si se requieren mas lujos hay que buscar un 3 / 4 estrellas y pagarlos. Volvería sin dudarlo

Good location, in need of some restoration

It was alright, the hotel staff was nice, but the hotel is in desperate need of a good cleaning, a new paint job, and some new mattresses. It was as cheap as can get for the location, but the mattresses left us with some back problems.

Great location but...

I was on the 6 th floor- nice brezzy space but bed was decrepit! I thought I was going to break it! I blame it in part for my severe jet lag- no sleep for 3 days except from utter exhaustion!

Hotel très bien situé mais au confort spartiate

Pas de climatisation alors que les chambres étaient situées au septième et dernier étage. Cet état n'était pas précisé sur le site internet de commande. Pas de télécommande pour la télévision. Une seule prise de courant pour la télévision et le ventilateur. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit double et une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Nous avons eu deux chambres avec deux lits jumeaux.

Boa localização, péssima qualidade

O hotel possui uma excelente localização, pode-se fazer a grande maioria dos pontos turísticos a pé, ou de metro. A estação Sevilla fica a 50 m do hotel. Por outro lado, os atendentes são ruins e a qualidade do quarto é péssima. Muito antigo necessitando de uma grande reforma.

Only the location is prime

Other than the price and location i couldnt really find something good to mention about this Hotel. I honestly never really complain but the staff of this Hotel had no idea that people can smile. All in all Madrid is a lovely city.

Hôtel sympathique, très bien placé dans le centre

L'hôtel est sympathique, très proche d'une jolie place et à 5 min à pied de la Puerta del Sol. Le personnel est très disponible et multilingue, la réception est ouverte 24/24. Ma chambre donnait sur une petite rue de côté donc pas de problème de bruit. Chambre et salle de bain propre, eau chaude disponible sans problème.

Shabby

Old, worn out, just plain shabbby. Sheets on bed had not been changed from last guest. Hair, wet stains. They did come up and change them, but still pretty shabby hotel. Bath did not look like it had been cleaned, grey and dirty.

confortevole e a due passi dal centro

albergo comodissimo per posizione,la camera e il letto non molto grandi,avremmo preferito la doccia ma nel bagno c'era la vasca ma tutto sommato alla fine e' andata bene anche cosi,la colazione ottima e abbondante con i personale disponibilissimo.

Zentrumsnah , einfach ausgestattet

Alt aber sauber, sehr gute Lage. Aufzüge funktionieren nur bedingt wir mussten oftmals den Lastenaufzug nehmen. Da sah man dann auch das alles noch aus der Franco Zeit stammt. Zu diesem Preis war es absolut o.k. Für das Geld o.k. aber man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten

Travel in time

This hotel is stuck in the 70's, old rooms, old decoration, in overall really bad state. Not recommended at all, plus wifi is not free and sucks.

Toplocatie met geweldige service en bedden

Fantastisch., We hebben genoten. Slechts één minpunt: de verwarming. centraal geregeld en onmogelijk individueel bij te stellen. In de middag en avond was het een sauna op de kamers, mede door de zeurende Zuid-Amerikanen, die om extra's dekens vroegen in een van de zachtste winters ooit! Er moet meer rekening worden gehouden met de gemiddelde bezoeker en liefst de mogelijkheid worden gecreëerd om te slapen in een kamer die niet of nauwelijkls wordt verwarmd. Door eewn technicus de cv af te sluiten in de gewenste kamer.

The staff was horrible and the hotel was worse.

I'm not the person to write reviews, but this hotel was the worse. In my room one of the beds wasn't made.The only thing about the room that was ok was that the toliet was clean. there was to soap. The internet did not work. When I said under my breathe at the front desk,"this place sucks" the staff member said "I know". Then they tried to make me pay again on my way out. I showed them my confirmation that it had already been paid. It took them awhile then they were ok. It is on of those places where they do as little as possible to get by. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
