Very good stay. I booked a basic room that came with one bed and I asked if I could have two beds and they were very nice and accommodating. The mattresses were a bit hard but overall a great stay!

Friendly staff and great amenities. Great complimentary toiletries. Fair price. The mirrors in the rooms are great. The only downside is the lace curtains separating the bathroom area from the bedroom but that is a very minor issue.

The staff at Axel are wonderful and welcoming, they explain everything clearly and make sure you have everything you need for your trip. I went during a quiet period for the city so had no issues with any noise, and my room was peaceful, spacious, clean, and everything finished to a high standard. The decor is modern and chic, and all the amenties you need are provided. Would definitely stay here again!
