Ein super Hotel, alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da es sehr auswärts liegt, hat man seine Ruhe, Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Prima hotel, goed voor een kort verblijf in Madrid. Metrostation op korte loopafstand. Reistijd naar centrum Madrid ca. 30 minuten totaal.

Schönes Hotel und saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Leider ist es doch etwas außerhalb von Madrid und man benötigt ca. 60 - 70 Minuten bis zum Zentrum. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte.

Przyjechaliśmy późno w nocy i trafiliśmy na pokój na piętrze obok jakiejś głośnej szkolnej wycieczki, trudno było usnąć, a i rano szybko nas zbudziły odgłosy z korytarza. Cienkie ściany i drzwi słabo tłumiące hałas. Skromne śniadanie, problem z nożami i łyżeczkami. Niedaleko kilka sklepów - po przylocie do Madrytu można zrobić zakupy. Parking podziemny w cenie.

We stayed for more than 10 days and had a confortable, pleasant stay. It is far from Madrid but metro and train travel is fast and easy. However, transportation was expensive and consumed much of our budget. The hotel could arrange for sale of metro and renfe cards in its facilities or provide information about transportation and proces. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a hotel in this area, it is very nice and accommodating, but we were looking for a hotel near the airport and it was about 30 minutes away from the airport. The bed was comfortable, large towels and very clean

La experiencia fue muy agradable, y recomendable. El hotel es muy moderno, las habitaciones muy confortables, y la limpieza, bastante buena. El personal agradable, en especial Loreto, la chica de recepción, no como en otros hoteles más céntricos, donde el trato es frío, las habitaciones mejorables y el precio alto.

Reservamos a la par que unos amigos y mientras a ellos les dieron una gran habitación en la 1° planta, la nuestra, en la 5°, era minúscula, con la cama pegada a la pared y con varias faltas y desperfectos. Cuando fuimos a protestar por ello, e hicimos ver las diferencias entre ambas, muy amablemente nos ofrecieron otro tipo de habitación sin coste y esta vez perfecta. Así que ojo con las habitaciones de la 5° planta!

Bra boende för bilresenärerna eftersom fri och bra parkering och lätt att hitta dit. Visserligen runt en timme med metron intill centrum men det är det värt när man har bilen med sig. Men ta med egen kudde för deras var bedrövliga. Bra frukost till priset av 6 euro

La cama bastante comoda y limpio el baño. El desayuno buffet un poco escueto de elecciones. Lo unico malo de la habitacion q el parquet de la habitacion crujia muchisimo al andar. Pero sin duda alguna volveré.

Modern reception. All basic cheap furniture in lobby and eating area. First room stunk of cigarettes and the 1 bedside fixed table had multiple cigarette burns on it. Went to reception and they changed rooms. Better but still had cigarette burns. The room, small and chips out of skirting boards but the room was cleaned every day and the bed made. Bathroom large and modern. Too large in proportion of the room. Bed very comfy as they put mattresses topper on. Breakfast was basic with no variety. But easy to help yourself and the staff stayed on top of the refills. There were people smoking in the rooms so walking along corridor to get to your room did not smell pleasant. Also the smell drifted into our room. Again unpleasant.

Even though the hotel claims to be non-smoking, all the rooms smell of stale smoke. The first room we were allocated had a fresh and strong smell of smoke and when we went and complained, we were given a second room where the floor was full of dust and hair, and the room smelt of stale smoke. The manager was super helpful and tried his best to offer us another room or an air purifier, which unfortunately also smelt of stale smoke. Both me and my wife are sensitive to any smell of smoke and we left to find another place to spend the night. Apparently, this is a common problem in Spain and since this was my first 'cheap hotel' in spain experience, I wouldn't go back.
