The location is excellent. Located centrally in Madrid, easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. Yo can get brunch before you start your day in Madrid for a reasonable price. I will go back and stay at Cibeles again.

This hotel is centrally located. The only downside are the beds. They are not comfortable. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Surrounding restaurants are open late and delicious.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and everything you could ask for was available. The location was a plus, walking distance to all land marks, restaurants and clubs. This place was just about 200 feet from where the Pope gave his historic mass and the set up was beyond amazing. If you need a place to stay, look no further as this is the place to be. We love it.

We were two couples travelling together. It was very comfy and very well located. The second bedroom is not actually a proper room but rather partitioned off. Not a real bother but depends how much you need complete privacy. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time to Madrid and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
