Central and Luminous Study

Modern, comfortable and functional space. Bright and quiet. Ideal to explore Madrid and its surroundings or for a work trip. Newly furnished, brand new. A cozy atmosphere where you can feel at home. With WiFi and smart TV. The neighborhood is central and quiet. The Clara del Rey street, the Corazón de María street and the Cartagena street are very commercial, with shops, banks, groceries and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. Tasks typical of Madrid neighborhood and good restaurants (Spanish, Japanese, Italian, rice dishes ...) Ask us, if you want. It is 7 minutes walk from Avenida América metro and 2 minutes from Cartagena Metro. 7 min from the Bus Interchange of Avenida de América. With direct buses to the airport (line 200). 20 minutes walk to Santiago Bernabeu. Direct entry from the A2. You can park on the street for up to 4 hours with a parking meter between 9 a.m. and 9 a.m. from Monday to Friday, Saturdays until 3 pm, holidays and the rest of the time is free. Public Parking in the street Calle Clara del Rey, 32-34.
