THE APARTMENT

Charming Puerta del Sol is a fabulous studio-apartment with balcony in the center of Madrid. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with elevator and has a fully equipped bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room.

The bed of the apartment is a double bed 150 centimeters wide that is hidden inside a living room furniture.

The apartment has free wifi, flat screen tv, air conditioning and heating, balcony overlooking Atocha street, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, pots and pans, plates, glasses, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle ...

In addition: Bed linen, towels and free toiletries.

THE AREA

Barrio de las Letras is a vibrant neighborhood, full of lively and local restaurants and bars. and every main attraction in Madrid is just a few steps from the apartment. There are some really great places to eat around and we would be happy to give recommendations. Madrid has much to offer and the equally vibrant barrios of Malasaña, La Latina, Conde Duque, Gran Via and Opera are all within walking distance.

More informationThe apartment is located 10-15 min walk from Fuencarral, Calle de Montera and Gran Via where all the shops, Boutiques, and Restaurants are located. Also Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia, Palacio Real... the most recommended sites to discover the city are with walking distance.

L'arrivée a été compliquée car nous n'arrivions pas à rentrer dans l'immeuble. Nous avons réussi grâce à un des propriétaires de l'immeuble qui parlait français et qui a contacté Charming sur notre téléphone afin de traduire les informations. Nous n'arrivions pas à valider la caution sur le site.

El alojamiento esta genial situado, según sales del portal tienes casi todos los puntos de interés cerquísima. El piso nos lo encontranos muy limpio y acorde a las fotos y especificación del anuncio.Otro punto a destacar es que el anfitrión mostró flexibilidad con nuestra hora de entrada, cosa que es de agradecer.En definitiva, alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

The room was in a good location (with the grocery across the street, and close to the train station), but it was a bit noisy at night. It was great to have a washer, but we had to google the directions for use of the washer. I recommend that directions for its use be posted. It was not east to dry clothes in the room. We initially thought it was a combination washer and dryer, but it did not have a dryer! The stove should have a plastic cover to prevent one from accidentally turining on the stove, which happened to us twice! Luckily, we were able to turn it off quickly. We were glad to have a refrigerator and a microwave! Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and it was well worth the price. - Pat and Roger

Väldigt centralt läge vid Plaza Mayor. Fräscht rum med litet pentry som fungerade perfekt för oss två, och fräscht badrum. Tumme upp !!
