Nice apart-hotel near the airport. The place is nice, there is a mall nearby, walking distance, and supermarkets too. One inside the mall and two nearby, all reachable by foot. The room was comfortable, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, excellent for a stay with the kids. As others mentioned, they need to be more careful when cleaninig, as my room had french fries behind a door in the floor. One toilet was not working, called front desk and in less than 10 minutes a janitor knocked on the door and repaired it. Overall, great place to stay. They had a hard time finding my reservation at check-in, suggest you contact them after booking to receive written confirmation directly from the hotel.

These are apartment-style rooms with various floor plans. Pool, vending machines, and tennis courts. Pool looked very clean but we went during February, so it was closed. Very close to airport but far from city center. Public transit is relatively simple to navigate. Short walk to the local mall Plenilunio, for food and shopping— convenient for us to spend some time there before checking in. Front desk staff were accommodating. We were able to drop off our luggage before our check-in time. We stayed in 2 different rooms, both with a living room and kitchen. Walls are pretty thin and you can here noises and doors slamming in the hallways. The rooms are clean but the building themselves seem older with some minor cracks on along the walls and ceilings. Elevators are available. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and nice to have separate rooms in the same apartment.

Perfect stay for our quick weekend in Madrid. We flew in late Friday night, fast easy trip from airport. Easy uber into the city for a day of touristing on the hop on hop off bus and extremely early flight Sunday so again, very fast easy taxi to the airport at 3:30 am! Room was large, comfortable and quiet, highly recommend!!

Nice place. Not an hotel so its manageable. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Cleanliness could be improved. To get kitchen stuff like pots etc. go to reception. You have to give them 20euros. This will be given back to you when you return the borrowed items. Breakfast is not particularly great but its okay.

Apartment was spotless and well positioned for my intention of stay. Close to the airport. The cafe - restaurant was warm and wonderful because of the staff. The reception staff were efficient and helpful so top marks there. This accommodation is diversely used so was not expecting school groups to be there. Staff of schools did a remarkable job to keep them in check as much as possible with their first tastes of freedom - girls were very well behaved - boys more ‘silly,’ and made much more noise due to differences in maturing. I would have preferred a location with no school parties but under the circumstances it was good. The cleaning staff need a mention as the place was gleaming Thank you

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very dated and basic. The cleanliness was ok. No hairdryer or iron in the rooms. I called the reception, they told me i had to come down pay €10 deposit for hairdryer. Very noisy in the late evenings people talking , doors slamming etc. There are 4 buildings so its a walk to get to breakfast and reception. Also there hallways have no security cameras and are not well lit. Felt a little unsafe in the evenings. The main door into the building wss always open, anyone could walkin. The breakfast was ok, basic. Its far from the city center. We took a Bolt taxi to the nearest Metro. The area has a plaza with taco bell & kfc and a mall both approx 10 minutes walk. Also the restaurant on-site has good food and is open for dinner.
