It is a practical and functional 65 m2 apartment for 5 people, built with beautiful typical attic ceilings in the old buildings of central Madrid, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the third floor. The building has a lift that stops at each mezzanine, you will have to navigate some steps to reach your accommodation.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding and space to store your belongings.

In the living room you have a comfortable single sofa bed, television and a small dining area.

The accommodation has split air conditioning hot/cold in one bedroom and in the living room.

You have a modern and spacious bathroom with a shower, bath gel and a hairdryer. We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the beds.

The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; use it responsibly for it to work properly.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 5 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.

The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
