Ground floor studio apartment located in Salamanca, Goya area 20 minutes walking from El Retiro Park. Ideal for couples and friends.

Très bien placé pour la proximité du métro, supermarché proche, quartier tranquille et logement fonctionnel. Surveillance de l'équipement de cuisine très restreint (bouilloire brûlée, casserole ne correspondant pas à la plaque de cuisson...) Attention au linge de maison, la couette supplémentaire est inutilisable (toute tâchée). Le contrat stipule aux locataires de ne pas faire de bruit, mais le restaurant voisin est très bruyant jusque très tard, du fait de la mauvaise insonorisation.

Ubicación, sitio completo con todo lo necesario

Hola muy buenas! Me gusta la ubicación porque normalmente cuando me desplazo a Madrid tengo que estar por cerca de donde me alojo, este alojamiento me viene estupendo, ubicación, transporte, supermercados etcétera y tiene todo lo necesario para unos días en Madrid y la facilidad del alojamiento... :)
