Luxury apartments located right on Gran Vía, designed by the prestigious architectural firm Ce estudio. The firm is led by architect Carmen Luque Espejo, who specializes in the design and optimization of unique spaces in unbeatable locations. The goal is to provide the sector with the full range of amenities and services. Of particular note is the interior design of each apartment, as well as its thematic décor, which represents a different city around the world in each unit.

Gran Vía is one of the main streets in the Spanish city of Madrid. It begins at Calle de Alcalá and ends at Plaza de España. It has been a major landmark in the city since its construction in the early 20th century from a commercial, tourist, and entertainment perspective. In terms of entertainment, it is famous for its movie theaters, although in recent years some have closed and others have been converted into musical theaters, leading to the stretch between Plaza del Callao and Plaza de España being known as “Madrid’s Broadway.” The section between the San Luis Bridge and Plaza del Callao is currently home to numerous stores belonging to international fashion chains.

Occupancy: Only guests included in the reservation and properly registered may stay, including children.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace if the apartment has one and smoking is allowed there.

Noise: Please respect your neighbors’ peace and quiet and avoid disruptive noise. Quiet hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.; holidays, 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

🧹 Apartment Care

Leave the kitchen tidy, the utensils clean, and the trash in the appropriate bins.

Take care of the furniture and report any damage or loss of keys to our team.

🛏️ Your Stay

The accommodation includes bedding, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and utilities such as hot water, heating, and Wi-Fi.
