This splendid apartment (flat) is rented for days and weekends, is located in Méndez Álvaro, has four bedrooms (2 with double bed and another 2 with a double bed and a single bed), two bathrooms, kitchen complete and a spacious living room. It is modern and very bright.

With capacity for 10 people in double and single beds. Perfect for large families or for friends' meetings.

The apartment is located on Calle Tejo, 14 has easy access to the Metro to the most tourist and museums of Madrid, next to the modern Mendez Alvaro South Bus Station, and business financial area, close to the Central Station of Atocha, El Corte Inglés and the Planetarium of Madrid.

Plenty of room, nice area, c
Nice apartment 4 bedrooms with enough beds, close to bus station and Atocha. Quickly able to go visit the various places close to Madrid. Only bad was there was no cooking oil or any salt or pepper.

Great place and service
We checked in in the evening of the New Year Eve. The owners were very nice to wait for us (they had to leave their New Year party for a while). They also left a bottle of wine, Jamon and snack for us to celebrate the New Year. We really appreciated their consideration given most of the restaurants and food markets were closed that night. The place was cozy, clean and comfortable, 15-20 minutes walking to the train and Alsa stations.
