This purchase was for an extension of my stay from the 25th of this month till today (the 26th) for a bunk bed in a hostel in Madrid. But shortly after such extension was made, there were some serious problems caused by the hostel staff that happened to the customer. At first, they suddenly broke into my room shouting at me saying that he had to check out however at that time I already extended my stay by making this purchase. And more seriously, after the customer reported the misconducts of the hostel staff to the Expedia, they even threw a china cup against me making me unable to keep staying in that hostel due to serious security concerns!
Based on the description of this hostel on Expedia, there should be a 2-in-1 washing/drying machine that’s available for the guests to use. However, during my stay there, the hostel staff told me the only option for me to get such services from them was to ay them additional 5 Euros for any one of such washing/drying work and such extra charge was not included in the room charge I paid to them on Expedia app.
And more seriously, the customer was told by some other hostels in Madrid that he had already been blacklisted based on the information provided by this hostel (Hostel H8) booked from this purchase on Expedia which made him unable to stay in almost any hostel in Madrid although he never do anything wrong!
