Was very clean and everyone spoke English well or at least able to communicate. There was nothing around the area so you need to catch an Uber or bus to go to Centro Madrid. Bus to airport was pleasant. A little pricey. But overall a good stay.

The room was immaculate. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful . The included breakfast was plentiful and great for a quick bite to grab and go or to sit down. Its proximity to the airport is why we chose this hotel for an early flight. But not convenient for downtown Madrid.

Like the parking in the premises. Room clean and modern. Could use more surfaces for luggage. Why not give complimentary water bottles. The restaurant was severely understaffed for dinner time

Paid for shuttle service to airport, reported 10 minutes early along with 4 others. Shuttle picked up down the street from posted waiting area then speeded by us. Super upsetting. Had to go back to hotel for them to get us a cab. Very upsetting & need shuttle refund & taxi fare too!

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
I had a late arrival from the airport; the staff was not helpful with booking a shuttle for the next morning nor breakfast options. The room was nice but the smell from 'sewer'? pipes were horrendous. The shower was so slippery I had to the bathmat in there so I wouldn't slip.
