I paid £330 sterling ( approx 373 euros) for one night- yes you read that correctly- due to the inflated prices for the Champions League final. I realised what kind of place I was in if I asked if they could give me a wake up call, and they said I had to wake myself up, as they do not provide wake up calls. I asked them to call me a taxi, and they looked puzzled, because they said I should have told them in advance. It's a difficult place to find, you don't just go to a reception desk. First you have to press a buzzer, then climb stairs or take the lift, knock on a door, and wait to see someone at reception. When you check in they give you keys, but the one to enter the building is not easy to use, it's challenging to say the least. It took me at least five to ten minutes each time I tried. They say you can just press the buzzer, but there is not always someone there to answer it, because they might be in a different part of the building. They really need to sort the keys out. The room was described from a hotels external website as having a deep soaking bath tub, but they did not have any - all rooms have showers. All I can say that was good was that they did help sometimes, before I arrived they sent me a message giving me information which was a nice touch, but that good first impression was let down when I arrived, and I would never go back.
