Había una gotera el en váter, pero cerré la tapa y la puerta del baño y ya no se oía. No dije nada estando allí porque no me gusta molestar y el ruido no me molestaba tampoco. Por lo demás genial, me encantó, justo al lado de la Gran Vía. Muy barato para la ubicación y el sitio.

Hostal agradable y acogedor

Habitación funcional y limpia. El único problema fue no poder arrojar papel al inodoro, lo cual me parece poco higiénico ya que solo había una papelera diminuta para hacerlo. Personal muy amable y atento.

Petit mais bien situé

Chambre très petite et lit matrimonial de 140 cm.... Salle de bain petite et peu insonorisé mais très bonne pression dans la douche. Emplacement très bien, proche de tout, chambre propre. Pas de service de bagagerie.

Muy céntrico y personal agradable. La habitación y el baño muy pequeños. Mejor no pedir con desayuno, porque es un zumo en tetrapack, un cafe y dos galletas de supermercado. De haberlo sabido pedíamos sin desayuno, pero nos hacía ilusión el típico desayuno de hotel con el buffet...

Great location in the Centre of Madrid. Very clean and tidy and functional. I had not anticipated that with a “Hostal” there was no lounge within which to sit - not a problem, just something to bear in mind. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, but sound did travel along the corridor guided by the hard walls ( perhaps some drapes to muffle the sound could be deployed). All together good value when considering location and comfort.

CENNTRAL LOCATION

MY ROOM PROVIDED A DOUBLE BED AND BATHROOM AND IT WAS CLEAN. THE BUILDING HAS A LIFT. THE LOCATION IS 5 MIN WALK TO DOWNTOWN SOL. SHOPPING CENTRES, RESTAURANT AND 20 MIN to 30 MIN to PARKS FOR SIGHTSEEING.

El hostal está muy bien ubicado con respecto al centro, en comodidad no le pongo un diez porque el baño era muy pequeño, el colchón en cambio era muy cómodo. Lo peor ha sido el ruido, la habitación está junto a la entrada y daba a la calle por lo que se escuchaba la fiesta y a la gente llegar. Los dueños fueron muy amables, nos lo explicaron todo perfectamente y nos guardaron las maletas. Todo menos el ruido y el espacio de 10 pero también hay que decir que la habitación necesita unos repasos.

Buona pensione

Si presenta maggiormente come una pensione poiché nelle camere è presente anche una cucina e tutto l’occorrente per il bucato. Le camere un po’ piccole e a noi è capitata senza finestra. Ne complesso è pulito e ristrutturato discretamente. Per chi non desidera il lusso va molto bene.

I like the fact that everything was very clean, the bathroom look very nice and clean. The wall decoration was very nice as well. What I didn't like was the building hallway was dark at night time, my room was extremely small and just adjacent of the main doors, which I was hearing all the noises when people walked in and out the facility. It also made me feel a little bit insecure. I also had to leave the key inside the bedroom lock to be sure the room was locked Thanks to the air conditioning noise I was able to feel relax and able to avoid the noise at the entrance.

Expérience un peu décevante

Un peu déçue par rapport aux photos lors de la réservation : la chambre était minuscule (environ 6m2 sdb comprise), l'ameublement et la déco un peu défraîchis. Les chambres sont situées dans un grand appartement au deuxième étage d'un immeuble qui abrite d'autres pensions. L'isolation phonique est inexistante, ma chambre était située près de l'entrée, j'entendais toutes les discussions dans le couloir ainsi que la sonnette de l'appartement. Très bon emplacement juste à côté de Gran Via. J'ai payé 49€ pour la nuit, ce n'est pas hors de prix mais c'est vrai que pour la prestation, je me dis que j'aurais mieux fait de prendre une auberge de jeunesse.
