a pleasant and friendly reception free parking inside a walled area a clean and decent sized room not a lot to see in the area around the hotel which is located in a largely commercial district

The hotel is outside of Madrid center area.. on a side access road from main street which makes it a tiny bit inconvenient to get to. But it was clean and had a fabulous bathroom with a tub. Beds were a bit stiff not very comfortable. AC was great! Over all great for the price.

Decent option if you can compromise

Visiting family in Madrid. Was hoping to walk to the metro every day but it was too laborious- 30 minute walk then an hour on the metro so we drove to 20/30 mins to the outskirts of town - parked and then it was a few stops into town - coat about €15 for the day. Hotel was good - comfy enough and clean enough - we had a dog and wanted safe parking

A bad stop over

Chose this hotel as we had a long journey and it stated there was a bar and restaurant on site. What it doesn’t say is that they are closed after lunch on Sunday!! Not happy. We would have gone elsewhere. The Reception were good. Bedroom quiet but very springy bed and hard pillows

Don't bother with the "full" breakfast

No complaints at all about the staff and conditions of the hotel. Very pleased to find free on site parking. My gripe is about the breakfast. We paid 12€ each for the "full" breakfast, as opposed to 6€ for the continental. The cooked breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, mini sausages in a sauce and under cooked fatty bacon, all of which was cold. I would have liked the ability to make tea and coffee in the room but such facilities weren't there.
