Great location for our purposes. Loved the hotel and the underground parking. Very friendly and accommodation staff. Good breakfast. No complaints.

Really Comfortable and good deal

Well located and we easily walked to everything. Train station is close and for less than $3 euros you are in Puerta del Sol.

Bien situado si vas a la Warner, muy difícil aparcar. Super ruidoso, es como dormir sin ventanas se escucha cualquier ruido de la calle, y también los molestos ruidos de una pareja durante la noche. La habitación es grande y las luces del cabecero están bien. Aunque no hay nevera.

No es la primera vez que acudimos a este hotel cuando nos acercamos a Madrid y seguiremos yendo. La única pega que le pongo es que es difícil regular el agua de la ducha. Por lo demás, para lo que buscamos, perfecto. Ah! Y el personal súper amable

No es una habitación cuádruple OJO!

El hotel está cuidado, limpio, el personal excelente, el desayuno excelente, pero la habitación cuádruple no tienen 4 camas tiene 2 camas muy bien y un sofá cama con un colchón exageradamente delgado, dormimos muy mal ni para un niño pequeño es el colchón, de cuádruple no tiene nada… no es habitación para 4 y así la cobran…. No tienes espacios para guardar las maletas ni tiene una mini nevera para tener el agua fria… El resto todo ok.

Estancia agradable.

La limpieza del.hotel es espectacular , camas cómodas, baño grande,y bufett muy bueno. Por poner una pega la puerta del baño es de cristal y si vas al baño por la.noche al dar la luz se ilumina toda la habitación. Por lo demás todo genial. 😉

Esperaba más.

Me esperaba algo más ya qué escogí una tarifa algo superior. La habitación sin nevera, si pasa alguien por el pasillo se escucha como si estuviera dentro, echamos de menos un peine, champú, enjuague de cabello, etc. Una de las almohadas estaba sucia la funda, las sabanas de cama regulares en su limpieza. La habitación en las fotos engaña. Luego de la reserva llamé para asegurarme una plaza de garaje (me dijeron que sin problema), pagando aparte y cuando llegué me decían qué el garaje estaba completo y me mandaban a un aparcamiento privado, decían unas calles. El desayuno qué lo pillé incluido está bien aunque se puede mejorar y solo tienen una persona encantadora reponiendo y limpiando el salón.

The place is special, funny and different. I needed a hotel for 1 night and on the information says it was close from the Madrid Barajas Airport, but this hotel it’s on the outside of Madrid. Getting there can take some time and expensive taxi’s fares.
