7 hour stopover

Was a great stop over before my onward journey, parking is a bit hard to find but if you give it the old college try youll get there in the end. Great shower and comfy bed.

Seven minutes walk to the metro Barajas station which is one stop to T4. Breakfast available for a fee; however there several restaurants nearby including a BK. Bed on the hard side, spacious comfortable room, linen was good quality. Fridge, water bottle and quality toiletries provided.

Welcoming staff, clean room, comfortable bed, and easy to get to the airport. But, it lacks any kind of soundproofing. You can hear every door slam, your neighbor's alarm going off, and the paddle ball court doesn't close until 11 PM. I would not stay here again.

Good, convenient option

A short walk ( under ten minutes )from Barajas metro station, which is one stop from the airport terminals so super convenient if you have a late/ early flight. Rooms are good. Very clean. Bed comfortable and hotel in a quiet area but with some eating options not too far away. Breakfast 8€ for standard buffet- style food, which was worth it.Metro line 8 takes you to centre in fifteen minutes.Choose the ten journey ticket plus one airport trip or the tourist ticket.

The hotel is conveniently locate between T1 and T4 and one Metro stop away from them. It’s 6 minutes walk to the Barajas Metro station so one can use the Metro to go to the airport. However what attracted me was the airport shuttle service this hotel offered. So we picked this one. Unfortunately on the day before our arrival I received an email informing us that due to COVID, there won’t be shuttle service available. By the time we received the email it’s already past the free cancellation deadline. It seems very deceiving for them to advertise the shuttle service on their website but tell the customers it’s not available when they can no long cancel.

Very disappointing

Not a good experience. The place is easy to find from the metro station, but it is your first time, you need to by the plastic metro card - that you will never use again - so one way trip is EUR 7 the back is EUR4.50. The biggest issue I had was the level of chemical smell from disinfectants that was sickeningly strong in the room and even in the corridors. Years of built up of everyday spraying. I can only imagine how toxic this is to the staff, I had to leave the window wide open overnight and the smell only got better by next morning. Thankfully two blankets were warm enough, but I would never wanna be there in a colder month. Next, this is a new hotel, yet there is NO USB port anywhere, even the reception didn’t have any plug in USB port, so I couldn’t change my phone. The said to go to by one in a store, but being Saturday morning, it was closed. Then the breakfast. For EUR8 the only edible thing was the watermelon. The coffee was so bad that i wonder if that machine was ever cleaned or serviced. The pastries were out of a plastic bag, not fresh, the eggs were made of liquid commercial “egg”, the yoghurt only “flavored “, all the cheapest quality. I ended up going to a cafe to get some coffee. Then. The WiFi was so slow that my phone couldn’t even load pics, and the TV only had Spanish channels, not even CNN or BBC. And for last, the bathroom had pink mold, which I couldn’t take a photo of because I had to turn my phone off not being able to charge it. 😳🙄

Ótimo para 4 pessoas

Fiquei apenas um dia e escolhi pela proximidade do aeroporto . Paguei cerca de 15 euros de Uber . Estava com meus dois filhos e amei o fato de ter cama para todos ( muitas acomodações para 4 pessoas fornece sofá cama). O quarto é bem amplo e conta com uma divisão de vidro no meio separando uma cama de casal com duas de solteiro. Em baixo possui um restaurante bem gostoso mas também tem muita coisa próxima para opções de jantar. O hotel foi bem solícito e chegamos às 11 da manhã e já nos colocaram no quarto, mesmo o cheking sendo apenas às 13horas
