THE STUDIOEnjoy a cozy and bright studio in the Barrio de Las Letras quartier in Madrid, just a few minutes' walk from the famous Puerta del Sol. The studio, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, features a double bed, a double sofa bed, a bathroom, and a kitchen. It is located a few minutes from all the main tourist attractions in Madrid, surrounded by numerous restaurants and traditional Spanish bars.

Perfect for temporary stays, whether as a couple or as a family, its location allows you to easily visit museums, restaurants, theaters, and other points of interest.

During your stay, you will have full access to the entire apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite dishes.

THE AREA

The Charming Huertas is located in the best area of ​​Madrid! You can go to all the main attractions walking, without having to take any means of transport. Plaza Santa Ana is a couple of minutes away, and Puerta del Sol is about 5 minutes away.

The Barrio de Las Letras, where the apartment is located, is a quiet area with car traffic restricted only to the owners of the area. It is a fascinating area where numerous restaurants and terraces offer numerous tapas and drinks.

The Prado Museum is just 10 minutes walk away, the Gran Vía another 10 minutes... you will be in the center of everything! In fact, for many people from Madrid, the Barrio de las Letras would be an ideal place to live.

I very much recommend this place to stay. It is very clean, very sunny and everything works fine. I stayed with my elder parents for 5 nights and we had a great time. The apartment is in a great location and although there are plenty of bars and restaurants, we never had problems with the noise (as I read in some reviews… the noise is the normal one someone can expect being in the city center…) I would come back and recommend!

Perfect location! Great stay! Through the middle of night you can hear people outside talking, it can get noisy since it’s close to bars and restaurants. Place is very clean and pretty!

Amazing little studio appt which is right at the centre of everything in Madrid. Perfect location. The studio itself is decorated in a contemporary style and is clean and in great condition. Wonderful shower! I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Madrid for business or pleasure. IT's big enough for couples, and perhaps even with "small" children on the pull out sofa. Perfect for business.
